I am in service to embodiment and connection.

What does this mean?

I am committed to being fully present in my body, through sobriety and through physical, emotional, spiritual and sexual grounding practices.

I am committed to connection, within myself, with others and with the earth by peeling off superficial layers of my being through my embodiment practices and through self reflection and writing.

This is NOT about perfection.  It’s about PRACTICE.

I’ve done a lot of mind learning.  I’ve learned from and continue to learn from world renowned teachers, but my greatest offerings as a teacher come from my commitment to practice over the decades.

My gift as a teacher is providing prompts to listen to your body and permission to act upon your body’s unique needs and desires.

The body leads the way.  The mind serves the way.

I’ve practiced various forms of meditation, dance and yoga for almost 30 years.  I’ve taught these practices and others for almost 20 years.  It has not been a linear path.  It has been the spiral path, the path of light and dark.  I’ve experienced multiple dark nights of the soul, many ego deaths.

I live at the base of the Mission Mountains on Flathead Lake, in the town I grew up in, with my husband and daughter.  My life is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined because of the ways I’ve alchemized my wounds through practice.

I am in service to your embodiment and connection.

I am a practitioner’s guide and teacher.
