Private One-on-one, Private Groups

Whatever your ability, experience or mood of the moment I will meet you where you are, pay loving attention to your entire being and respond with therapeutic knowledge and experience.

Why a private session?
You’ll get exactly what YOU need, whether it’s your first time on a yoga mat, you’ve been practicing for 50 years or anywhere in between.

We can map out a home practice for you, shake our booties to dance music, focus on the basics, get geeky with alignment, be quick, slow, still, flowing, quiet, rambunctious.  It’s YOUR call and if you don’t know what you want, I’ll ask questions, listen and lead.

Why private yoga for a group?
I’ve taught private yoga for groups at bachelorette parties, summer camps, music festivals, gatherings of friends, family reunions and other special events.  This can be a one-time thing or an ongoing private class for your group.  Get a yoga experience catered to your unique group!

I’m not flexible. I have injuries, replaced body parts, health issues, etc. Can I do private yoga?
Generally, YES!  I will need a doctor’s permission if you have issues.

Yoga can be incredibly simple.  It’s often best when it is simple.  We can spend entire sessions working with your breath and simple movements and you will still feel serious benefits.

I love this definition of advanced yoga: Deriving the most benefit from the simplest action.

What kind of yoga will we practice?
I’m trained in and have years of teaching experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Tantric and Buti Yoga.  We can move slowly with attention to alignment, quickly to transform energy and anywhere in between.  Always with a focus on Spirit and breath.

What are the real benefits of yoga? How will I feel different?
Yoga will benefit your body, mind and spirit.  You can expect to feel greater range of motion, a sense of grounding and less pain in your body, a calming effect in your mind and a heightened awareness and connection spiritually after only one session.  For lasting effects, I recommend developing a home practice and/or committing to regular sessions.  I have several packages available to meet you where you are and take you where you want to be.  CONTACT me here for packages and rates.

I’ve never done yoga before. Is this for me?
Yes! Yoga is for everyone.  All you need is a body and a willingness to try.  From extremely athletic to bed-ridden and anything in between, there is a way for yoga to benefit everyone.
