>> What is anti-racism?

“Anti-racism is the active process of identifying and eliminating racism by changing systems, organizational structures, policies, practices and attitudes so that power is redistributed and shared equitably.”  – NAC International Perspectives: Women and Global Solidarity

>> How do you do anti-racism work?

Do your work by listening to and learning from BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) anti-racist educators and then take action steps based on what you learn.  Pay them for their work.  Look up:

That’s Not How That Works podcast’s newest episode will give you their top picks of past episodes to help you dive deeper into anti-racism, specifically in the spiritual and self development world.

There are MANY other excellent anti-racist educators.  Research.

Donate to Black Visions Collective or Reclaim the Block.  And/or others.  Research.

There are many ways to do this work.  Most importantly, if you haven’t already… BEGIN and keep your foot on the gas forever.
